Mythomorphosis

I've previously blogged about making patterns for a show garment, well that time has finally come!!!

For my fellow fashion nomads that doesn't know yet, I'm a first year fashion student at Fedisa. Our end of year project was to design an avante garde garment, inspired by the theme: Mythomorphosis, which actually just means that we had to design an outfit that's inspired by myths, gods, legends and heroes. 

My concept was inspired by the myths of dragons; so my entire garment represents a dragon warrior.

We recently had our audition show, where everyone in 1st year must showcase their garments and then 30 out of the 70 students will be chosen to participate in the annual Fedisa fashion show at the end of the year.

I was excited when I immediately heard that day I was one of the lucky ones chosen to be in the fashion show!!!
